Removal of Speedometer / Tacho

Hi, Has anyone removed the Speedo / Tacho Unit behind the Steering Wheel on their F56. How is it held on? Was it hard to do? Haven't looked too close yet, but thinking of doing a small mod and would have to remove the Unit first.
Thanks in advance for any assistance, it is appreciated.

IIRC someone did this a few months back and it wasn't hard, but I can't find the thread it was in now. Might have been three screws and a plug. Try searching for speedometer or pod maybe.

Really easy to do. Just need a flathead screwdriver to remove a couple plugs, then a T30 Torx head to remove the actual screws. The cluster is also attached via a wiring harness which is easily removable once the screws come off.

The document vetsvette attached is a good tutorial
