In preparation for our delivery, I have been looking for an on-line owner's manual for the 2014 Cooper Hardtop.
Haven't located this - does anyone know where I might get a manual?

Thanks

I was thinking the same yesterday but a quick internet search resulted with nothing. I'd be surprised if there is anything yet but I would love to be proved wrong!

give it some time, this stuff doesnt happen right away. Just have to keep on checking the Mini website.
Well since the manuals for all other MINIs are available from the miniusa website one must presume that the owner's manual is in the pipeline. Perhaps they are waiting for the official release date of the car in the US before uploading it..

On the subject of manuals etc............... I got my F56 the other day and all there was in the glovebox was the owners handbook............. no protective wallet, service book,warranty/breakdown details etc etc. My dealer says that all they do now.

I have spent hours trying to get the manual downloaded with the links above with no luck. It is probably me! All I seem to get is that it is incompatible with my device in my country. Has anybody managed to save a copy in PDF format which they could make available. I would really like to have a copy on my PC to study as I have ordered a very high spec with all the toys except park assist and the more I can learn before delivery the better. If anybody can help it would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Pat, the App is designed to run on an Android phone - you download it to your PC then copy it to your Android phone, go to the downloaded file on your phone, open the file by tapping on it & it will ask if you want to install the app / which program you want to use to open it; select the App Installer and then Open the App.

Worked for us on an S4 MINI

I am in the same situation as Pat, says I am in the wrong country and won't allow download to any of my Android devices.

I have an ipad also, so is there an IOS version?

If so, will it be location specific too?

They don't half make life difficult at times!!

I couldn't find the app on the iPhone or on Windows Phone or Windows RT.

I've tried installing an Android emulator on a PC, but again couldn't get the app to run.

I'm just waiting for the real thing.

If you would let me know how to / where to upload it here I managed to download the US MINI Drivers Guide F56 via VPN to US server - so I can share it with you - no one on our end was able to explain why it is not available for EU yet but I guess as there are some nuances between EU and US models so lawyers for liability protection rulled it out of our reach outside USA.

It works perfectly both on my Galaxy S4 as well as Asus Transformer Prime 201 tablet and helps shorten the waiting time to delivery nicely.

It either opens up as demo complete version or if you enter in your own VIN it should load up only things relevant to your specs - I suppose, but havenot tested it yet as I have my VIN only since yesterday and did not find the time yet to reinstall it to try. Note - your android device needs to have disabled protection against installation from e-mail attachment temporarily (in yourdevice settings - do not forgot to switch it back on for safety).
