2015 S Hardtop Rear Gate does not Lock

Just took delivery of a 2015 S Hardtop!! The Rear Gate Latches closed but does not lock!! Other doors, etc. work fine.. Will take it back but just thought I'd ask in case there is an easy fix!

Thanks but just rechecked and it does not lock!!!

So, I guess what we must do when we want to lock the Gate the Fob must be used???
