Really? I noticed MINI USA has, for the 3-door, the storage compartment tray:

I think that is just a waterproof liner for inside the storage compartment and not a lid for it.

If it helps to explain, it is item 11 panelling each side that needs to be fitted, to replace your existing item 10, as well as buying the item 3 movable floor.
