Ordered my first ever MINI July 23rd. Car is currently "en route". Dealer says ship will dock on August 30th and that I should have my MINI by the end of the week.

I am very excited to be (almost) a MINI owner. I'm looking forward to many happy hours driving my car.

Congrats...the wait is almost over! Are you going to detail the car yourself or have the dealer do it? I did my own detailing and it's a great way to get to know the car. Plus, you know it was done right. Some people don't care, but that was important to me, especially since my MINI is black.

It's been a long time since I had a car I wanted to hand wash and detail. I'm planning on getting the supplies and doing it myself.
