Collecting my Mini on Saturday which has Visual Boost with Mini connected and was wondering if it's possible to have functionality for phone (calls) and listen to audio from just connection to my smart phone (LG G4) by just connecting via USB and not use bluetooth (which I know works)?

Reason is that I am wanting to use ODBII dongle which will use up the bluetooth connection for running apps like Torque Pro for example.

Making phone calls works only through bluetooth even if you have your phone connected via USB to use the rest of the options (music, Mini Connected app, contacts, etc) but you might be able to connect it to both.

Thanks for that info. I suspect that it's not possible to connect 2 bluetooth devices at the same time.

I may have to invest in a wifi ODB2 dongle to replace the bluetooth one I have to use the apps and have the phone connected at the same time.
