Thanks Donna, I have ordered the Moonwalk Grey with black contrasting roof. The seats are black leather and rest of cabin dark so think it would look great.I have it Cosmic but my photos don't really show it up very well. I really like it. I like the way it makes it feel quite enclosed (compared to what the standard off-white colour did) I was used to that feeling in the RCZ, I'd imagine some people wouldn't like it though.
What colour paint and seats etc have you chosen? That would certainly influence my choice. I'll try and remember to take another photo for you tonight!
The lounge leather will definitely look better without.I didn't go for it in the end as I have lounge leather seats and I'm hoping they both work off each other!!!
Are the materials used (particularly on roof) any different then stock material?
The reason I ask is on my 1st test drive of a F56 (I've had a few to keep me amused) I could of sworn it was a completely different fabric, i.e. not like that fuzzy felt feeling-or did I imagine that?
That would be fantastic, thanks heaps. It's defo more 'cloth' than 'velour' if that make sense. I'll try and take some decent pics tonight.
I agree, the black will look nicer on your colour options.
The lighter colour could be prone to marking aswell.....
Thanks! Just had a peek-nice cars!Cos, check out the pics of my Coupe in the galleries. That's got Anthracite Headlining with black leather lounge seats ... I'm going for a similar spec interior on the F56
I wan't that dark womb to envelope me...ORDERED!yep the anthracite will definitely close in the cabin feel. Horses for courses really, some like that, some prefer the lighter option.
if you like that kind of thing, the JCW will have anthracite...
that's what I'm hoping. From what I've seen the lounge leather seats make the interior quite retro looking. Have to remember to have a towel in the glove box so I can get in immediately from the gym!!The lounge leather will definitely look better without.
and as such like Cos said they'll work well with the light grey lounge leather seats. I was afraid of feeling closed in but I guess having a sunroof will help with that!just an FYI, it's not just the headlining that's anthracite, it also includes the pillar finishers and sun blinds in anthracite as well. the std alternative is a light grey which doesn't really match to anything except the satellite grey leather. i never really understand why car manufacturers make the interior upper environment out of a completely different colour in this way.
Hi it's Cos! You didn't mind, did you?Good to see my pictue being used!
