I've specced this for my car but haven't seen it reviewed in any of the articles I've read. Have any of you lucky enough to already have your cars got this feature? And if so, how good is it??

Tbh I fully expect I won't use it much after the first couple of weeks! But couldn't resist adding it :)

We have it and have tried it. It works, but is a little un-nerving the first couple of times.
The only thing we have discovered is how little we ever parallel park so it doesnt get used much.

@Washy can you use it to reverse into a car parking space? Just curious as we have 5 car parks onsite at work and two are a little tricky and tight for space in and out and just wondered.

I know you can use the rear camera to help but was just curious if it could be done to go into a bay and not just parallel park.

I've specced it on mine as well.

The delaer did warn me that you need to ensure you have enough space when you use it, because the front of the car will swing out......so not so good for narrow streets!

It searches for parallel spots only. So th rear camera is your best bet.

also it lines itself up with the car in front. So if that is parked half on the pavement guess what happens....

Ha ha. I would seem an expensive option to buy if you don't intend to use it much. Personally I would spend the money on something else - cornering LED lights for example, but each to there own. Now I have opted for the rear camera though, as my reverse parking is crap, lol.

I was a bit surprised that that was the only way to get the front sensors.

I think the car is about 6 inches in front of where I could see, so sometimes front sensors might be useful. Oh well, I can always reverse everywhere!
