I don't believe in lifetime fill coolant or what ever MINI is claiming it is these days. I'd like to have my coolant changed, but in typical BMW fashion even the drain plug for the radiator was rendered obsolete and the current process looks like a headache to change it.

Maybe we can convince Forge is make a radiator with a drain plug.

Should I just buy five to six gallons of MINI premix coolant and suck it out and replace a little at time over the span of a few weeks or take it to the dealer?

Took our R series to the dealer-£90 well spent every 4 years or so imo. Alternative looks hard work but there must be a way -do they do it by vacuum?
