I have the standard screen, not Sat/Nav, with a top menu showing 6 choices. The second from the right shows a globe and is labeled "Assist". If you choose this it goes to a screen labeled "Customer Relations" and under that it states "call following number:" with an area that looks like a phone number should be showing but it only shows the number 1. Does anyone know what this is supposed to do?? I have my smart phone paired to the system and all else works great but this choice when selected goes nowhere - only Verizon stating that a connection can not be completed. Kind of disappointing that this top menu choice is not working.

Here are a couple of photos to explain my question. This is the way it came from the factory. It looks like quick dial feature for Customer Assistance (not totally set-up by the factory) but if I could program my home phone into it, it might actually be useful. Any ideas?

I have a media xl with SOS and Mini connect feature in the UK. The telephone number is country specific if you have data apps options such as the SOS and service call feature. If you do not have the options I cannot see how it works
