Hi guys im new to this forum. Ive just ordered a mini one with the pepper pack and i wajt to play music straight off my samsung galaxy s5. Is it as straight forward as using my usb cable from my charger?

I'm interested in the answer to this too. Have a Galaxy S4, no pepper pack on the car (am unsure what audio differences there are there) but I'm hoping it's pretty easy to connect up!

Just preload the songs onto your phone as you would normally do and then connect your data cable to the USB port of the car. The head unit in your car will see the phone as a USB device and allow you to select that to play your music.

I am pretty sure all new F56 MINIs have the USB port regardless of media or any other package. So this process will work for everyone, whether iPhones or iPods, Android phones or even USB drives.

The only difference being that certain packages will provide further functionality, such as Bluetooth music playback and an internal hard drive to store songs.
