Hi guys ... changing my pads on my 18 c/s .. even though the light ain’t showing I understand it’s good practise to change the wear sensors.
Just about to order.
Can some one tell me are they on all corners , as I know some cars that only have one in front one in rear ... thanks in advance. Ps nooby I know but if ya don’t ask.😊
Think on offside but may be wrong, they pull out but can break(though that doesn't matter as you're replacing them ,tucked in a slot in the pad. Worst thing is tracing the cable back to the join to unplug!
On my clubby, mine my sensors were on the front and rear right hand side pads. As was said above, tracing the cable back to the junction connector can be a pain. Tucked in behind trims with various clips to remove.
There is also a process on here to reset the dash indicator if needed.

So a standard mechanical windback like that still works ok with the electric handbrake-just leave it off ? I have the wind back kit like you show but wasn't sure it would work with the electric system-and yes ceratec-never copperslip.
