Enough with the volcanic fat ******* turd orange and nanna grey.

Where are the classics? Please post your british racing green pics here.

I am waiting for my BRG with white roof, mirrors, wheels and stripes. Have gone with satellite grey seats and colour line. Cottonwood dash and anthracite roofliner. All other options ticked for HK, sunroof, big screen, hud, drive assistance, adaptive dampers, etc. Just over $50k in Australia which isn't bad value compared to competition. My second option was Audi S3 which is $80k. So big difference for the Mini that I think is a lot more engaging.

Have tried uploading pic of my spec but have had no luck.

I don't know what word to put in place of the ****** but I doubt you will make any more friends by filling in the blank.

In the '70s Leyland used obscure names for some of the colors. There was an orange that was similar to VO (slightly browner) called "Bracken". The name comes from the color the bracken plant turns in the fall. It wasn't a popular color at the time in Canada but I think the color and the name are way cool now. It was also offered on MG models.

I used to hate jazz, now I am jazz crazy! Tastes change, don't get too entrenched.

No- that looks like yellow. Bracken was more like this...

That Austin Allegro looks like an Austin Marina but with square headlights. The Marina had round headlights and steering wheel. Uh- just to check, people in the UK do know that headlights and steering wheels don't HAVE to be the same shape, right?

I agree- as soon as I win the Lotto, I am getting one in every color anyway. That way I'll have a clean new one every time I drive. I am also going to hire Carlos Santana to be my besty and hang with me all the time. Carlos, shotty is reserved for you in all these minis.
