Hi I was just wondering if I could upgrade the bulbs in the daylight running spot lights I have a 64 plate Mini Cooper d the problem I have is when I put the headlights onto hi beam there seems to be a shadow in front of the car and thought if I upgrade the spotlight bulbs it might brighten that up I’ve already fitted nightbreaker headlight bulbs but makes little difference any help would be much appreciated thank you
