I just received my set of courtesy lights (puddle lights) and can't figure out how to install. I got the existing lights out pretty quickly but these new lights don't have the same plug.
When I ordered I was instructed to state what model MINI I had in order to get additional wiring piece for the F56. My kit came with 2 lights and 2 little wiring pieces that make no sense to me. The wires have 2 wire prongs sticking out at one end(like a 2 prong fork) and the other end has a 2 prong receptacle that kind of looks like a phone jack. The wire hanging from the car has a 4 prong receptacle. Am I supposed to remove the existing wire or what?
