Does the 1.5l non cooper 20160Clubman have the active sound? I don't hear anything and am hoping it doesn't.

No. Only the Cooper S and JCW have the active sound module

No definitely not.the wonderful3 cylinder needs no sound enhancer .it makes a cracking noise all on its own!
