I just enquired online about my Clubman JCW (ordered 21st July) and it is scheduled for W/C 11th October and delivery around the 25th. No delay at the moment, will check again in a few weeks.

Mine was meant to be built next week for delivery in the last week of September. It’s now been delayed 2 weeks for the build and 1 week for the delivery.

You are patient, I'm asking every week. I checked earlier and I'm still estimated for delivery w/c 18th October. The build is estimated w/c 4th October so I'm hoping it will get confirmed soon.

Morning guys!
Delivery of my SE L1 has slipped to mid October now! I am absolutely raging to say the least! Shocking and disgusting service up to now.

I think we ordered around the same time mid May? So that sounds about right unfortunately.

There's been a lot of delays but I wouldn't necessarily class that as bad service, there are a lot of industries being affected by delays at the moment.

I enquired about a fiesta St before ordering the mini and they said it would be a minimum or 6 months from the point of order before I'd get a car but they couldn't guarantee how long it would take.

I meant bad service from my lease company who constantly lie to try and fob you off. I called them again just now to find out more and they claim that it’s just their system that shows it as mid October. What it actually means is that it can be between the 1st and 15th..

plus I get that there’s delays for everyone out there but the fact that this is the most basic level out of all completely blows my mind

Have you asked the MINI Genius team? (On the MINI website, quite your order number)

My query previously confirmed Nov 8th, now can’t confirm. I’m personally fine with this as I’m in no hurry - as long as they deliver HK and my black trim/adaptive cruise options on my L3 SE.

Sadly that's how lease companies seem to operate. It's their car and you're only renting it off them is how they see it. They don't seem to be interested in the excitement of a new car.

My current car is on a lease as it was a bargain and already on the forecourt of the garage so I didn't have to wait for it and there was little involvement from the lease company itself.

The mini has been ordered through BMW'S international and specialist sales department and they don't seem very bothered about it all. I've only spoken to the salesman once and that was right at the start, everything else has been via email.

Since ordering I've had very little interaction with them, I got a couple of emails about HK being removed from my order and then a couple when delivery was updated to an expected delivery of mid August. That fell through shortly after at the beginning of July and changed to October. The last email basically said it's not likely to be delivered until October so you won't hear anything from me until then.

Luckily I've been able to get my order number so I've been able to get updates from the genius and they have been great. It's still looking like the middle of October though so exactly what the guy at BMW said.

Fingers crossed its down to the last 5 weeks now. It's only been 16 weeks so far 🤣

No order numbers for lease customers, they don't give that information out.

HK is confirmed for the L3 according to the genius I spoke to recently so you should be OK there.

Yeah, I’ve asked them loads of times and they still refuse to this day to give it to me. I was trying to figure out which local dealership to them the car would be delivered to and then take it from there. Detective mode on lol. Not sure how successful I’ll be in regards to that though..

I have a car that I’d like to get rid of as soon as possible before it loses value to cover my outstanding finance as I’ll have to continue to pay for insurance up until that point which really does not bother them at all clearly. 🙃
I would of cancelled by now but it’s the £500 they want to charge me for terminating the contract..

Although someone on here managed to get it out of their lease company but I think it was for an Audi.

This will all be forgotten once the car arrives. It's not long until October.

If my car had arrived earlier it would have saved me buying a new tyre last week (£185) and a service next week (£450) so I feel the frustration.
I know, suppose you’re right. We’ve waiting long enough as it is so we may as well wait a little longer. Just expressing my frustration haha

Have you tried chatting with Mini genius giving your details and what you ordered? Or do they have to have order number or VIN?

My Merc is showing a service due in 30 days and a tyre is close to the legal limit, hoping to sell it beginning of October if my Mini is on time to avoid extra maintenance costs for current car. 🤞🏽
