Has anyone got driving lights put on their f56 and what is everyones opinion on them?

Im still trying to decide if I want to put them on mine, they look a lot wider set than they did on the R56.

The spot lights/driving lights don't line up with the stripes anymore and if you go for the LED version there over £400 plus fitting better value would be paying the extra and getting the led lights pack at £670.

I'm with dinger here but if you have to have the Italian job look then I suppose......

They don't really do it for me... I don't think they suit the car. But that's just my opinion.

Is it my eyesight,but the stripes on the blue MINI are set wider apart from the VO one.???

I think you are right. Perhaps one set applied by dealer?

I have spot lights on my pepper white MCS in the black colour the other is a silver/chrome backing.

Can post some pic's if you like fitted by the dealer it was £511.00, bargin !!

Would love to see photos of yours! are they the LED ones?

Im also torn between getting black stripes or not, I have a Moonwalk Grey Cooper due next month with black roof, mirror caps and wheels so think they would really set it off.

Found a picture from when the wife picked the car up from the dealer last week.

She was adamant she wanted the extra spot lights as against the LED lights around the same cost. The spot lights only come with halogen bulbs.

I really like the driving lights. I have them on my current R56. I don't mind that they don't line up with the stripes. I think there is a bit of leeway in placing them, but I had the lights put on before the stripes and the stripes have to go where they go (at least the ones I purchased).
Here's mine with lights, before stripes went on.

And then after, with stripes now added.

I will most likely be adding a set to my F56, but may go with something other than the MINI ones. Haven't decided yet.

I ordered the driving lights on my '15 JCW and the build sheet specs them as LED, so I'm not sure about the halogen.

Boy the look tiny on the new F56 you have to look twice to see them. Don,t you wish our you could order real Driving Lights for your Mini.
