Hi Can you tell me if an supercharged engine from a 06 plate mini fit in to a turbo mini 07 with no modifications

Simple straight forward answer, no.

Why you would want to even consider the swap, I can’t imagine, however, good luck if you do attempt the swap.

As the turbo engine is broke and I have a super charged engine that runs but car is knackered

Given that, it would be more beneficial to sell the supercharged engine, use that money towards repairing the turbo engine, or buy a used turbo engine from the breakers yard.
