Hi,

I am new to the world of Mini !

My job enables me to have a company car. The 5dr come up on the list so went for it after test driving (cooper sd was only available)

1.5 petrol
Dark blue - black roof/mirrors
Chilli & media xl pack
16" victory (non run flats)

I was limited to the amount of speccin I could do.

The sd was quite firm when test driving, so just wondering what the standard setup is like on UK roads and for long journeys?

Hope i have made tge right decision. It arrives on the 21st May (est).

Sounds great don't think you'll find it too firm.I love mine on 17" cosmos non rf and it really comfy.nice spec .

Finally picked up my car last Thursday, just had no the time to update the thread. To much fun!

I drive my 16" Victory wheels WITH run flats on our ridiculously potholed roads and it is just on the right side of comfort vs handling. With non-run flats you should be fine.

(And pretty much every day I hit a crater or trench that makes me grateful I didn't go for 17" wheels.)
