Adopted this guy with 39300 miles and super clean. Car came with the JCW body kit so I decided to got to work on making him come out of his shell.

To date: (all work done in garage except dealer flash for brakes)

Mechanical upgrades —
wagner intercooler
aFe dr filter (Father’s Day - eventury system comes I hope)
Quicksilver exhaust with carbon fiber tips
Chasis brace (bones) - from way
Way motor works 25mm gt rear sway bar
Nm drop links
Megan racing control arms
H&R springs with DDC
JCW pro BBK retrofit
NM Short shift adapter

cosmetics —
Carbon fiber side marker inserts, gas cap, door handles, JCW Pro scoop, JCW Pro spoiler extensions and mirror caps
Updated MINI emblems to newer style
Blacked out belt line
JCW Euro front and rear wheel arch conversion (installing myself this weekend
Removed all badging and dealer stickers from rear
Craven Speed shift nob black with eBrake handle
Carbon fiber and piano black interior trim - speakers window controls etc

saving up for the JCW pro splitters front and back by end of summer

running on 215/40/18’s Bridgestone RE71-R

Looking forward to the front number plate bumper on my car looking as black as yours!!

Absolutely stunning, all the mods are very tasteful and befitting, that bumper looks super low though I hope you haven’t scraped that beautiful thing lol

Love the wheel style above. Quite common these days but look good an most cars, including yours.

Simple and uncomplicated is usually best.

Your car looks fantastic :)
I'm doing a lot of mods as well. I told my wife I was going to put a number on the side of the car and seeing yours gives me inspiration to go forward. I just posted in the Introduction section under "Project 56 - 3door". I don't know what intercooler to buy. I see more users with Forge than anything. What are your thoughts since you installed the Wagner unit?
