Bought one of the key fob covers for my F56 keyfob. Found the instructional diagram to be a little unclear as I found removing the old bit a struggle.

Anyone got a better instruction on how to get the new one on?

Myn will be arriving in the post Today I hope so I'm the same boat as you! From what I have read on the back of the key where the large mini letters are stamped, next to the M there is a small indent to lever the back cover off. Removing the back cover gives access to remove the changeable part.

Sorry I can't be more help, be careful not to damage the back when trying!

You have to pry up the cover with MINI letters on it and remove it and after you can slide out the fob. Now slide in the new fob and replace the MINI cover, easy but be careful when prying.
