Definitely no bueno; very corrosive; tends to ruin diamond turned lacquered alloys in my experience-not got my winter wheels on yet but fortunately no grit or salt here as yet! mind it wont be long given the temperature! next weekend the winters go on-never been this late but Autumn has never been so warm!

I didn't know they'd gritted and cleaned the mini on Saturday. After about 10 mins on the road the windscreen and back window were both covered :eek:
