I am a big fan of the new interior.

The armrest looks like it's actually useable and the center is laid out much better than the F56 - taking out the manual handbrake definitely enabled a better design. Everything looks a little more upscale and thought out. I'm a big fan of those new blue quilted leather seats with the red piping and accents. VERY cool.

I'm interested in seeing what the new illuminated trim looks like too. The built in projected MINI logo when you unlock the door is pretty trick too.

While I like my F55, I can definitely appreciate the extra passenger and cargo room and I like the "kick to open" barn doors. I can think of several times I've had to rearrange or put down a load I'm carrying before I have to open the boot.

Maybe I'll get one for my wife... ;)

More room, more room and nicer stitching on the more roomy seats but what they fail to point out is that it is ugly from all sides except directly in front (where it looks better than the Countryman)

A Stretch MINI that defies Go Kart principles and aims to compete with dragsters and limos for handling???

Not for me thank you - too many great station wagons around already...this loses all the good reasons for going MINI
While I agree the styling is subjective (what's with those giant rear lights below the tail lights?), comparing it to station wagons, dragsters, and limos? Really?

While it is the longest MINI yet, let's put things in perspective: This car is still shorter than a Prius, Focus, and about the same length as a VW Golf. Last time I checked, those were all compact cars. While it obviously won't handle like the F56, it's still a small enough car where MINI can do what MINI does and make a great handling car.

Choices aren't bad people - MINI will always have the F56. The Clubman is for people that just need more space.
