in head-up display settings, I can see the options for displayed information, brigthness, height, rotation but they are not accessible (gray color).

I don't have the HUD option, but maybe the HUD needs to be on (in the up position) to change the settings, rather than off and down?

HUD is on, but setting not available.

May be, is it due to profile and remote control ?
but I don't know how it works between remote control and settings.

No you can even change the settings while driving.

Did you enter by pushing the selector wheel when selected an option?

Hi, I am currently have the exact same issue with my girlfriends mini, I’ve looked everywhere and can’t seem to find a fix, just wondering if you ever managed to get it sorted
