Fitting the seat heating elements would require a complete strip-down of the upholstery, so would need expensive professional help unless you can do that work yourself.

As well as the seat heating elements, you would need the wiring from the loom to the seats that will probably not be present in your car (each car has a custom wiring harness), plus a complete new bank of switches to include the seat heating ones, plus a recode of the car's electronics so that it knows to switch on the seat heaters.

Using Mini parts would probably put the cost at many hundreds of pounds, even in the unlikely event you can find someone to do the work.
