Hello all,

I have been the proud owner of a 2017 F56 JCW for a little over a year now.
My previous daily was 2001 WRX and prior to that I had a 2000 MGF, so I like my sporty cars but the MINI is on another level.

I bought the JCW from my local dealership with 6500 miles on the clock and one previous elderly owner.

My modification plan for the car has always been to finish the job started by the JCW tuning department.
So far I have added:

JCW Pro suspension (those in the know will recognise this as MINI branded KW variant 1 coilovers) wound down to their lowest setting.

Replaced the run-flats with some sticky Japanese rubber. (Toyo Proxes Sport - absolutely phenomenal dry grip)

Wheel spacers (15mm front, 20mm rear) to widen the track and fill the arches)

Forge Motorsport intercooler.

ECU software tune by DervTech, delivering 300+hp and 450Nm as well as improved economy for the daily commute.

The next upgrade will be a Quaife ATB diff, at which point my little JCW will be, for me, the perfect car.
Small, quick, comfortable and cooler than the other side of the pillow ?
