Help with Minimalism / Goldfish

Ok guys, not sure why I can't see or find this but can someone point me in the right direction to find the bloody goldfish please?!!!

Tried everything I can think of i.e. from main menu settings and vehicle status etc! Thanks.

It shows you that you accelerate to fast shift to fast and to close your Windows by showing you the vents in the cars with a green arrow graphic. Basically it's like having your mom next to you telling you to slow down and put up the windows. Hahahahaha
