Hey All.

So I heard today that "Charlie" my soon to be F55SD has gone in to production.

Does anyone have a view on what that means in terms of delivery?

I know there are a lot of stories about F56 timings but I'm not sure, being so new, if the F55s are likely to be in the same time frames.

Wiltshire ie or was uk I think.mind you......... Not sure really but I know it takes less than a day to make one and they . Exit the factory straight to the dealers so shouldn't be long!

Mine took 10 to 14 days once it was built to travel a few miles From Oxford to the dealers in Hailsham in East Sussex.

Now its in production Im sorely tempted to go do the factory tour. Then I can find the production line speed up button and get it moving faster lol

I did the factory tour 17th Aug, my car was built the week after and I picked it up on 6th Sept. Factory tour is amazing I shall be booking to go again and my wife who is a mini fan but no tekky loved it too. Makes you love the car even more!

Five weeks for me, although it's a long story which I am soon to tell, it was really 3.5 weeks.
