Installing Multi- functional steering wheel

Hi everyone

Does anyone know if it would be possible to install a multi- functional steering wheel as a retro fit with the dealer or something when I've got my car? I wanted to add it but was too late

I have ordered the PEPPER Pack which comes with the same leather steering wheel by the way.
