This summer my husband bought a GMC truck. Seeing how much great information and how much I was enjoying this forum (thanks to all!), he checked to see if he had a forum too. He does. It's not as much fun, but whenever someone posts a concern about their vehicle, there is an immediate response from GM giving a name and number to contact to address the concern. Later there is almost always a post from the original person about how GM has resolved the problem. Now if GM of all companies can figure out how to do this, why can't mini?
