Every time I start my Mini, I find that all my presets have disappeared. I have followed the correct instructions for setting the preset buttons 1-6 (navigate to the desired location, press and hold button, wait for tone), and they work fine for that trip, but the next time I start the engine, they are all gone. Any ideas?

Always using the same key remote?

It says you have to hold 1 and 6 together to delete all the assignments... so you can't be doing that by accident.

Make sure you're using the same key .... keys can be named under PROFILES ..... so I can find easily what key I'm using .... 'his' and 'hers' in this household are currently configured differently for radio/NAV/display settings.....

Same problem, plus when I go to settings there is no 'Profiles' option. Just bought a used 2016 with less than 300 miles on it.

I'm having this same fault i only have 1 key though i have re-coded the battery just incase.but it still does it ...
