Just been reading the article on the bbc website about cars being stolen with the keyless entry/start. They keep mentioning range rover evokes and bmw's. Just wondering if anyone has heard if f56 mini's are having the same issue or if security has been raised being a new car.

I wouldn't worry.


I've just read the same article and the likelihood is that the F56 is no more at risk than any other car. I suspect that you're more likely to be approached by a thief upon entry or exit from your car.
