Hi all,

MINI UK has got an offer on LED DLRS it also functions as fog light and navigation lights. Generally it costs around £518 however dealers are asking for £375 supplied and fitted.

Is it a good idea?

These only apply to R56-61 (ie, second generation) Minis, not F56 (ie, third generation) Mini. The F56 has different sized fog/lower lights, so the LEDs won't fit.

F56 DLRs have been released and the price is for 3rd generation MINI.

Mini have just released the LED DRL/Fog lamp version for the F56 last week, my set arrived today from the dealer - the only issue is the car requires coding once they are fitted.

What do you think of the lights? Yes, it needs coading after fitting which takes around 1 hour.

Would you be able to share some pics one fitted please.

Just had the new F56 DRLs supplied and fitted by the dealer here for the £375 offer price, it took them 3.5 hours to complete the work - I was hoping it would only take 2!

I think they look much better the the halogen DRL. The LED version has a round circle in DRL mode, the top half circle when the headlamps are on and then the centre part is the fog lamp.

Looks great. Mine is on backorder since 17th Aug. Can't wait to have them installed.
