Hi all and nice to meet you all, being searching and finding and looking for kind of F56 forum last few month and finally join here! Although there is quite few member from UK!

Being view and read few post from here about ordering your Minis, some MC and MCS are surprise fast produce and delivery within a month! But not surprise for ONEs(3-6 month)are due to high UK demand maybe EU hing demand either as my knowledge!

Visiting 2 nearby dealers all saying MC and MCS will take 3-4 months at moment! Because looking for register 15 plate brand MC when is best time to put order in? Any ideal anyone, thank you? I know it could be store in dealers yard and only register until the date, but really don't want order next month and produce and delivery before end of year and park for 2 month to waiting to register!

Also I feel most your guys interest where you Mini made from! Is it really matter or Oxford factory better than Holland? For me I think different factory must produced different model can not be randomly either 2 factory's! Or may be by side of steering wheel?

Regarding ordering your new MC, I have heard of many people getting theirs quite quickly (1-2 months) at the moment, so if you're really keen for a 15 plate, I would hang on for a bit and order in the new year perhaps. That's said, my dealership told me I would have my car the first week of September for the new 64 plate...but I still have no car yet

I think it's going to be a gamble either way, just depends on how keen you are for a 15 plate.

I don't mind whether it's Oxford or Holland... I had a car built in the Nedcar plant (a Mitusbishi Colt) and it was one of the best built cars I have ever owned, solid as a rock and very well put together. If my mini were built in Holland, I would have to call it Leerdammer though (being orange)

I only want my car to be built down the road in Oxford just so I don't have to wait any longer for it to be transported!!! I joke, I don't really mind where it was built.

I'd be happy with mine made anywhere since the quality control is amazing. Get on the factory tour and you will see what I mean.i just like the fact that I was in the factory just before jasper was made and that it was made in the uk supporting uk workers but would have no worries 're quality.

It is the most amazing thing I've seen. Even my wife who likes minis but isn't obsessed loved it. It really does make you appreciate the car and the enthusiasm Of the workers and the quality and care plus personalisation. it's amazing. Do go. We had an exec tour for £90 each as it was my 50th but at 15 each in a group you can't go wrong. Truly amazing and we will definitely go again .

Ps the shop is great too. She had a mini hat and bag! They can't do enough for you it's superb.
