So 1 week until I get my mini (waiting on the new UK registration date on the 1st September) and I went into the dealership to sign the paperwork.

The car was there (albeit filthy as it had just been delivered) but I got to see it!

Its a Cooper SD in Midnight black with nearly every extra I had wanted!

Got loads more pictures! Cannot wait to get it next tuesday!

The day I get it I am off to get the windows tinted and the chrome wrapped in gloss black!

Also ordered a short roof aerial!

yep went to Grassicks of Perth on the recommendation of a friend who has used them for his last 3 Mini's. So far really impressed. The salesman Steven has been brilliant.

Even the wife can't wait to get the mini!

The SD Badge blows my mind .....wonder why we can not get them Super Diesels over here. I drove so many Diesels in my Days and I bet they have not been as good as the Mini except the Merc 300CD

haha yeah the SD is awesome. I'd honestly have loved the Cooper S but the amount of miles I do (plus my wife) meant it wasn't possible. Will consider a remap in the future so hopefully see over 200bhp.

So today was the day! Got up mega early, drove the 40 miles to the garage and after some paperwork signing the car was mine!

Seeing it all so clean made me so happy I went for black!

can I ask I'm a big mg fan and had a mgzs180 for 8 years on the xpower forums and themgzs forum did you have a black 180 !!!!!
Just seam to recognise the reg ??
