Hi,

Mini's mobile app hasn't been updated for a month. I have tried deleting it and reinstalling it. I have a lot of free space on my mobile, an iPhone 12. When it started to fail, I could see the status of the car but not send things like the heating schedule. Now I do not receive the information either. Does anyone know how to fix it? I have contacted Mini Connected Drive support by email and they ask for information but then they do not answer me. My car is a Countryman SE All4 from December 2020. Thank you!

Try restarting the process by following the steps from Mini in their video. When you delete the app from your iPhone, delete the app data as well so you start from the beginning. Make sure you use your USB cable too.

I have opened another thread because after trying to contact Mini Connected Drive support, the problem is that my car cannot connect to the services. The SIM doesn't seem to be working and everything online is giving error.

Thanks for the help!
