Mini F56 scores 4 stars for Euro NCAP

I know this will sound odd, but I was looking at buying a Dacia at one point and was put off by the NCAP rating but when you looked into it, the reason was due to the fact that abs was optional. or something similar or that outside pedestrian safety was not as good for some reason. For me it's how well the occupants are protected.
