Every year MINI organizes the MINI Takes the States event. On July 26th, MINI owners will depart from San Francisco on a cross-country experience covering 18 states and 15 cities in 14 days. The adventure ends in Boston on Sunday August 10th.
Registration for the vent is $45 per adult, with children under 12 and pets getting to tag along for free. You can register through minitakesthestates.com.
Each stop on the trip has planned activities and hotel partners for cheaper sleeping arrangements (though you could always sleep in your MINI.) For example, in Austin Texas there will be an outdoor party with plenty of food trucks around and live music over looking the Austin skyline.
