Double check the order paperwork and then get on to your dealer. There are regional variations to the packages, so for example in the UK, the camera is a seperate option, it doesn't come as part of a package, as far as I know. I have the Media XL pack, but no parking assist package - I had to tick single options for sensors and the rear camera.
