Had car back in the garage today for some warranty work. Told them one of the front fog lights kept misting up. They rejected it saying its normal which I'm not happy with as only happening on one light.
Should I go back saying I'm not happy with their decision ?

100% go back. Moisture is getting in.
What kind of crazy answer your SA gave you ?
This is definitely NOT normal.....ask to speak with the
Service Manager or General Manager of the SA can't
be of help for you....a warranty item.

I got both my front foglamps replaced under warranty at it's 2 year service


Just noticed you're from Scotland @mnp1962 ..... it was John Clark MINI that replaced mine. If you have no joy with your dealer then go elsewhere. Warranty work can be carried out anywhere.

Thanks all. Have sent the service manager a email stating I won't accept the answer. Will let you know the outcome. It was Harry Fairburn in Inverness.

They took old one out, dried it and put it back, misted up the next day (what a surprise!) ordered a new one, got a phone call to say needed an extra day as they ordered the wrong one! New one now fitted

Good stuff, I'm getting both mine replaced this week, also JC Aberdeen. Means I've got a couple of hours to shove in, and all I can do is wander round Audi and Porsche, or maybe a wee test drive - bummer
