That was exciting 
I have the driving assistant and the HUD... just joined an A road first thing in the morning after waiting at the traffic lights and I was accelerating away from the junction. The car in front was busy decelerating for stopped traffic ahead.
Mini noticed and flashed a car silhouette on the HUD and speedo and beeped loudly at me. It might have applied brakes too... I was busy doing the same thing!
Anyway, we all stopped safely and I was wide awake Thanks Mini!
I've had the visible warnings before... once when a van was parking on the other side of the road and once going round a bend when an oncoming car appeared to be right in front of me.
I thought it would be good to post an example of the system working...
