About to order new 5 door MCS with black roof and black wheels but can't decide on colour!

Thoughts would be appreciated as I like all the below!

Pepper White
White Silver
Blazing Red
Electric Blue

Will also be ordering full leather but again stuck between either Leather Cross Punch Carbon (black/carbon black) or Mini Yours Leather Lounge (carbon black/carbon black).

Will have a host of other options but the above are the only ones I can't decide upon.

Changing from an Audi A4 as love driving my wife's R56 cooper.

Any recommendations really appreciated.

These are just my personal opinions...you will get alot of variety in the answers I'm sure.

First, lighter colors generally look better with black wheels. I like all the colors you listed but I must say the electric blue is really sweet (and more rare), with black accents (roof, mirrors, bonnet stripes, & wheels)...no brainer imo! LOL!

As for the leather seats, having neither, I can only comment from my research before ordering my 2015 JCW, as I was considering both of those. Both have adjustable lumbar support on the sport seats, so that's a good thing. Personally I think the punch leather seats look sportier, and have a combination of materials. The lounge leather looks "luxurious" and is more uniform in material construction. Both in black would look awesome on any color exterior imo.

I am thinking perhaps full leather is the one option I could go without and have the cloth/leather black pearl/carbon black sport seats? As I have decided to add the JCW spoiler and steering wheel.

Is there anything from the below you would say not really worth having or anything you think I should add as a must have? Really not bothered about Sat Nav as just use TomTom when rarely needed.

While I would normally be the first to suggest giving Electric Blue a try I only really like it w/white. And with apologies who have chosen it I find White Silver to be the most boring color MINI offers...it just looks too much like the millions of silver Toyotas, Chevys, and BMWs already riding the roads.

Pepper White is a great color w/Black - it's a unique and very non-white white. It borders on awesome if you (or someone you hire) blacks out the chrome bits. Blazing Red is OK...I prefer the Chili Red but while it saves you the Metallic Paint upcharge Chili also requires the JCW exterior pack (making it a great choice for the JCW and only a so-so choice for the MCS).

I do think Thunder Grey is the best color with Black. Particularly if you go w/black stripes and wheels there is something about it that calls to mind a really nice Italian suit - sharp and sleek but not too formal.

Lastly, if you haven't seen the Volcanic Orange in person but only in pictures (or even worse only in the MINI configurator) and think you might like a louder choice find a MINI dealer near you that has one in stock. It isn't yellow...it isn't orange...it's something unique and wonderfully MINI.

I was thinking, "That sounds cool...I've never seen even pictures of one." It turns out that sadly, tragically, the red roof is only offered w/non a red body on the JCW not the MCS.

That said...my trip to the configurator was not all for naught. The Lapisluxury Blue looks pretty awesome with the black roof/mirrors/wheels.

I'll post some pics of our 5 door Cooper in Silver White with Black Lounge Leather and Pano Roof..it's very similar spec to yours except for the obv yours is a MCS, should give you an idea though.

Interesting picking up on an earlier post that White Silver is boring and looks the same as all the others....actually nothing could be further from he truth, it looks unique amongst all the other silver cars and our friends and family have all commented on what a fab colour it is..looks really different in various light conditions...I'm soo glad we picked it !

And we love love love the black lounge leather seats, they are so comfy and classy looking and IMHO the best seats available in the new MINi

I like your options. Keep in mind the visual boost will apparently be dropped in the 2016. Good move on the anthracite headlining!

Although a recent convert to moonwalk gray, I have to admit I originally preferred the electric blue. I don't know what all the chili pack includes, but I definitely recommend the Visual XL for the center display. I find it both more attractive and useful.

I thought originally it might look too dark (from the configurator) but after going to the dealer and spotting one with this color scheme i fell in love and went through with it!

I got the leather carbon interior seats and the mini yours off-white thingie (ty for the forum for advising re: door led's )

the hard part is waiting for delivery :/

I personally would go for Pepper White. It's off-tone white appears slightly matte, which would bring out the shiny black on the roof and rims nicely. The effect would be much stronger than on Thunder Grey.

IMO black rims on Blazing Red make the car 'belly heavy'. Blue would probably be my second choice.

Thanks for all the comments, decision made I am going with Pepper White with black lounge leather, all other option to remain the same. Been speaking to three dealers this morning and one has come back with a 5% discount of MRP and will throw in GuardX which I think is reasonable. Just waiting to see what the other two come back with then time to place the order. They expect if ordered this week it would arrive first week of August.

Is a 5% discount good on a new MCS 5 door?

Have your son take a look at siriuszero's Pepper White/Black car first (in the garage). Rather the opposite of 'girly'...though he did do a bit of work de-chromeing his MINI.

As you know I think VO is unique and awesome...but certainly understand if it is not to your taste. With the greys out of the running you might consider British Racing Green II. It's a color that I assumed went with white...until I saw one 'blacked out'.

I was going to go with VO on a MCS 2 Dr Hatch, until I opted for the JCW...with all the red accents typical of JCW I thought black would be way better! I really love VO though. I doubt you will regret going with that color!

As for the Pepper White, I've always loved that color as well....just not too sure how it will look on a 5 Dr...since white typically makes a car look "bigger", to me anyway. With black roof & mirrors and black bonnet stripes it would show best I believe.
