I just picked up my new melting silver Cooper last week and it really suits the car well.

I just picked up my new melting silver Cooper last week and it really suits the car well.

Hoping that it does not show the marks as easily as BRG which is the current R56 colour! It definitely seems to sparkle and has a lot more metallic than the other colours. Also seems to change colour depending on the weather

My previous F56 was blazing red which also changed hue with the ambient light.

The silver has a "deeper" look to it, and doesn't seem to show the dirt too badly either!

Got a delivery date - ordered 23/10 delivery expected 21/11. Was initially told 8 weeks so has been pulled forward. Problem is I am in US for three weeks from 21/11 to 11/12. I assume the dealer will just have to hold onto it until I return?
