I simply kept away from full load, didn't exceed 5k but most importantly kept the engine and road speed varied as much as was physically possible.
I am now not holding back and the motor feels as strong as an Ox. I know the 3 pot has a nice unique sound but this 2 litre 4 sounds utterly fantastic when you open the taps completely. I will be raiding the JCW upgrades catalogue as soon as parts become available.
