So, Jay Cee is being booked in to have the door pillars resprayed due to the door seals, and the JCW scuttle badges replaced as they are peeling.

I may get them to see if they can have a look at the mirrors too as they have become noisy when they fold in/out, maybe not as bad as Brandon had, but the "little squeak" is starting to become more like a groan.

Will be getting my wheels done at the same time.

Hehe, they'll just give it a squirt of lubricant and it'll fix the groan for a few days.. Then you'll be back to square one. Mine's booked in on Monday to have both units completely replaced so I'll let you know how that fairs!

My door pillars need doing as well, they don't look to bad but it's annoying all the same.

I wonder if they will pay to have the ceramic coat reapplied?

pffft doubt it! I specifically didn't ceramic coat the inside of my doors as I knew they needed repaired. I was VERY insistent that no blending was done on the rear panels due to my coatings, and they didn't.

Will pop to my detailer to get my insides done now - he said he'd do them when he was coating another car since I wouldn't need much product.

Dropped mine off at the weekend to have exactly the same things done! Work should have started first thing Monday but haven't heard anything yet. Will look to chase them up later today.

Door seals changed, door pillars re sprayed, have one side repeater with water/condensation inside and the other the black JCW font is coming off. Also mentioned that the crome rear light surrounds have started to pit/mar.

What's up with your wheels?

What's up with your wheels?
My driving :(

I caught two of them on a high kerb in a car park when putting the ticket in the machine... Both off side wheels, rims and at least one spoke on each as well. I'm really hating these wheels and wish I had of gone for something else.

Looking forward to seeing what's on the JCW Challenge as they will be designed to fit the brakes.

Oh no!! I nipped my front near side not long after I got mine, was devastated. Had to park up a kerb. Ripped the side wall and damaged the alloy. Brought a new wheel and tyre. Won't be doing that again
