Does profile's name changing also change the Excitement lights Pack too for the person who last time used?

Yes and yes!

Will also store instrument cluster display settings, light ring settings, door/lock settings, lighting settings, presets, favorite buttons, climate settings...

But I don't think is does changing elec mirror personal setup! Are u sure?

I think it also not changing the doorcard and unlocking neon light!

Does for mine. I can sit in my car, go to PROFILES and switch to my other profile and watch as everything changes.

Assuming you've already put the profile on the USB stick, from the headunit, select SETTINGS, then go to PROFILES. There will be an option to import

Is the only way to create a profile through using the Visual Boost system in the car itself or can you create profiles somewhere online, save to USB and upload?

Also, can you link paired phones to user profiles?

I believe the USB stick needs to be FAT32 and the importing/exporting is done through the MINI. It should save many of your settings except it seems the 1-6 Favorite buttons don't save and....(See below)

...Bluetooth devices, due to the nature of how Bluetooth works. Pairing needs to be re-done when switching cars.

No online system to save - it's all done through the MINI.
