So disappointed. Just had a call from my dealer to say that the car hasn't arrived at their PDI centre. Apparently Mini haven't managed to fill a transporter that's going the 50-60 miles from factory to dealership and so won't be shipping out the cars. What's more, they don't know when they will. I've got to rearrange insurance and tell the person who's buying my car that they may not be able to have it on Saturday as planned. So annoyed.

Yes thinking about it Oli, the dealership would have known a good 2 days ago that tomorrow wasn't going to happen. They need at least a couple of days for checks etc it seems - so when it hadn't arrived by Wednesday they should have let you know. Perhaps for some crazy reason they think that telling you the day before will be easier to handle!???

It all sucks. Really feel for you :-(

We don't put up with it at all!! But it's tricky to voice our frustrations when no one at MINI/BMW will engage in any meaningful discussion :-( In the fb group some members are now writing directly to the CEO - one person saw some progress as a result, so perhaps it's the thing to do!

I'm finally getting my car (I hope!) next week (3 months late) so am one of the 'lucky' ones :-/
