OK so I've been fiddling and diddling around with graphics for awhile.. I want to add some more stripes so I can go faster ;)...

This is what I've put together.. what are your thoughts?
Keep in mind it's a MCS thunder grey. I already have bonnet and boot black stripes.

My idea is that the two thick lines (or maybe JUST the back thick line) will be checkered matt and gloss black on black pattern.

Anyway I know they are a big graphic, but being that it's black on a thunder grey, it'll actually come out more subtle.

I'm still working on getting all my chrome to black in the spring.

Thunder7 - I like your first alternative best. The strobe effect looks way cool. It is hard to imagine the checkering effect you describe and I am not clear on how you can get that done by anyone without tons of razer blade work. I am not aware if vehicle wrap companies can to matt colours. I would just do it all in material that matches your hood stripes.

Christina-16, I love your graphics too. I have done similar stuff on my cars in the past and been criticized for it. "Screw you" was my response, I satisfy my own tastes when it comes to customizing or personalizing.

I have the boot and bonnet straight stripes and have been looking at ideas for the sides too. I haven't been that excited about what I have seen around. But....

I will have to say I really like your mock-ups. Christina16 yours too. I love the red/black combo with the white.

Comments on the mockups. On the first one, the beginning of the lower stripes match the standard MCS interior dash pattern pretty well. So, if you have that interior, it would coordinate well. I think I like the second one overall, especially on the darker gray. I have Deep Blue and I love the black stripes on it.

One variation, if you don't mind me adding, is modeling your stripes after christina16's what I will call "L" shaped stripes. So, take your 4 stripes and have 2 stripes like christina16s, but have them wider like you have... Hope that makes sense.
