The Cooper S model uses a B48 2-liter 4-cylinder unit making 192 HP and 280 Nm of torque, which can go up to 300 Nm with overboost.

The guys at PP-Performance were knew that the MINI Cooper S could go faster though. With a minor ECU tweak, they tuned the MINI Cooper up to 250 HP and 345 Nm of torque. That definitely will give the MINI a bit more of a punch.
